How the Affiliate and Referral Program Works
BreadWeb has two ways to earn: 1) Marketplace Affiliate for the Virtual Marketplace, and 2) Listing Hub Referral for paid listings/advertising. They pay from different places, so read this once and pick the one that matches what you’re promoting.
1. Marketplace Affiliate (Virtual Marketplace)
This is tied to the Virtual Marketplace part of BreadWeb. You send buyers to products and when they buy, you get a commission.
An affiliate earns a 10% commission on qualifying Marketplace sales.
- No website required. BreadWeb intentionally supports “copy and paste” affiliates.
- You can share links in social media, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Messenger, email – anywhere.
-
The system uses links like
?aff=YOURCODE(your dashboard shows examples). - Orders tracked to your code go into Pending Hold → then into Ready for Payout after the hold period (see policy).
Marketplace Affiliate Attribution
General or Product-Specific Links. Affiliates do not need a separate affiliate link for every product. A buyer may enter through your general Marketplace affiliate link and later purchase any qualifying Marketplace product. Adding your affiliate code to a specific product URL is optional and simply directs the buyer to that product.
Returning Buyers. Once a buyer is successfully attributed to you, the buyer does not need to use your affiliate link on every future visit. Qualifying purchases may continue to generate commission for you even when the buyer later returns directly to BreadWeb, as long as you remain the buyer’s active eligible affiliate.
Previously Earned Commissions. If another eligible affiliate later supersedes your attribution, the change applies to future qualifying purchases. Commissions already earned from earlier completed qualifying purchases remain credited to the affiliate who earned them.
Affiliate Links Must Be Followed. Simply sending or sharing an affiliate link does not change a buyer’s attribution. The buyer must actually follow the affiliate link and the referral must successfully qualify and be established by BreadWeb before that affiliate becomes the active referral.
Open-Ended Affiliate Attribution. Your referral opportunity has no time expiration. Once an eligible buyer is attributed to you, you can continue earning commissions on that buyer’s future qualifying Marketplace purchases as long as you remain the buyer’s latest successfully established eligible affiliate.
If the buyer later follows another eligible affiliate’s link, that affiliate may supersede your active attribution for future purchases. Affiliates are therefore encouraged to continue promoting and sharing their affiliate links to attract new buyers and remain competitive for returning buyers.

That page shows: your email, affiliate code, money summary, and example buyer/seller links (from

2. Listing Hub Referral (Advertisers)
This one is for the ListingsHub / advertising side. You refer a business that wants to post and pay for a listing on BreadWeb.
- Here the advertiser must type your referral email on the form. That’s how we know who to pay.
- When they pay for their plan, you earn the referral percent that’s configured for the Listing Hub program.
- Payouts are processed (usually by PayPal) to the referral email on file.

Full rules are in the Referral Policy.

Payouts, holds, and safety
Both programs follow the same safety idea: new earnings sit in a short hold window to protect from refunds, disputes, or fraud. After that, they move to Ready for payout and admins batch-pay them. Marketplace Affiliate payouts are issued through Stripe Connect to your connected account (subject to admin review).
For the detailed numbers, read: Fees, Commissions, and Payouts Policy.
Tip: if you promote both, tell people clearly which link to use. Marketplace links should be clicked, Listing Hub referrals must write your email.
